Kenetrek — Pacs that Fit!

October 2010 Issue

Rugged terrain and severe weather can make hunting in the back country brutal, but even the toughest hunt can be enjoyable if you take care of your feet.

Whether you are on foot, snowmobile, or horseback, Kenetrek Boots makes a high-quality, warm, and supportive pac boot that provides comfort without bulkiness.

The uppers are made of heavy-duty, 6-ounce, oil tanned leather which repels water and holds up to years of punishing wear. The three-layer, quilted liners are made of wicking Isofix, Thinsulate insulation and wool felt, which provide a warm barrier with hiking boot agility.

A “logger” lacing system with heavy duty brass and steel hardware keeps feet firmly in place and quickens the time to get in or out of the boot. Some Kenetrek pac styles come with a heavy-duty zipper for an even easier on and off.

Rubber bottoms are made with plywood-like strength, and steel shanks add support. Outsole options include the traditional Tractor Tread that won’t track the outdoors inside; durable K-Talon, high-traction outsoles for aggressive,  toothy traction; and the new Cowboy K-Talon designed specifically for use in stirrups.

Kenetrek Pacs are built tough, so if the bottoms eventually wear out, they can be rebuilt at a fraction of the cost of a new pair. Kenetrek Pacs come in many different styles, featuring different heights, lace-up or zipper, and outsole options.

Kenetrek Boots is located in Bozeman , MT. Call 800-232-6064 or visit www.kenetrek.com to view their complete line of quality boots.
