Stephen Duren, PhD, to Present Equine

 Nutrition Seminar in Missoula, MT

     The public is invited to a free Nutrition Seminar to be held November 3, 2010, at 6:00 p.m., at the Broadway Inn Conference Center , 1609 W. Broadway, Missoula , MT.

     Dr. Stephen Duren, Ph.D., of Performance Horse Nutrition, LLC, will speak on the latest research in equine nutrition and how sugar and starch affect horses’ health and behavior.

     Dr. Duren is a native of Soda Springs , ID , and completed his B.S. in Animal Science at the University of Idaho . He earned his Masters and Ph.D. in Equine Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at the University of Kentucky . Dr. Duren consults with feed manufacturers and horses owners throughout the world. He is the co-author of the sold-out book, “The Concise Guide to Nutrition in The Horse,” and has a new book coming out soon.
